By accessing or using TaxMind.io ("Service") operated by Andronest LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TaxMind.io is an AI-powered tax compliance platform for VAT and Corporate Tax in the UAE and GCC. We provide invoicing, classification, VAT return preparation, and related tools. We do not provide legal or professional tax advice; you remain responsible for your tax obligations.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization (if applicable).
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws (including UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements). You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Service to submit false or misleading data.
Paid plans are billed in advance (e.g. monthly or annually) in AED or as stated. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change fees with notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a license to use, store, and process that data to provide and improve the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you provide.
TaxMind.io, our logos, and the platform (including software, design, and content) are owned by Andronest LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by the Service or with our written consent.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the other party's confidential information (including business and technical data) and to use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms or as otherwise permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results (e.g. AI classifications) will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andronest LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
